Turning back time to the 70's with this Retro bubble and reversiable wrap skirt! I LOVE THE 70's! I made this with Riley Blake's Felicity Polka dot in Red Felicity flowers in green pin dot and gold.I added a round ruffled coller that buttons in the back. To bring the pattern from the skirt I made a oversize button to match. Anyone say FLOWER POWER????
