This dress came out better than I ever expected. I added a built in slip with ruffles to add fullness to the dress. I used different applications from my favorite book By Kari Mecca’s Sewing with Whimsy. She loves playing with Rick Rack to make flowers, trims and appliqués. This was so much fun to make!
